Maria Oliveira graduated from the Ursuline High School in New Rochelle, New York. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and her Master’s Degree in Early and Elementary Education from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.

Maria has taught pre-kindergarten and second grade, and was a director of a preschool in New York before coming to Saint Thomas More in 2009.
